Ideal Welders Ltd. Quality Assurance Program primarily centers around our certification
for the construction of power boilers and pressure vessels by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers
and therefore must maintain an approved Quality Assurance Program with appropriately
documented procedures and information.
Although this QA system is designed for pressure vessel manufacturing, Ideal has adapted
the procedures and methods for pipe spooling, finding that it provides the required
controls for the safety and performance of our product.
Ideal Welders Ltd. is certified in accordance with ASME Code Section I Code symbol
stamp "S" and Code Section VIII Division 1 Code symbol stamp "U".
Ideal Welders Ltd. has fabricated projects under other standards such as AWWA, ANSI and CSA.
Our flexibility stems directly from the highest skills of our trade and technical staff.
