We provide all of our employees with thorough training and development which is validated in our excellent work safety record. All fabricators at Ideal Welders are certified to the highest industry standards as all welding is conducted in strict accordance with ASME, CSA and CWB codes and standards.
We have established protocols to meet or exceed all quality control requirements of our individual customers, for all environments from municipal to oil and gas. Our quality controls include:
- 100% traceability of materials
- In-house 3rd party NDE
- Bar coding and electronic shipping manifests for 100% accuracy
- 100% dimensional verification
- Positive material identification
- 100% AWS CWI (CWB 178.2 Level 2) visual inspection
- Comprehensive documentation/turnover package
