Ideal Welders designed, fabricated, and installed a valve chamber for Metro Vancouver, serving the North Vancouver area. From supplying materials to coating, testing, and installation, we executed the project with precision. The entire chamber was pre-assembled in our shop to ensure a perfect fit, then divided into manageable sections for efficient transport and installation on-site.
Ideal Welders fabricated and installed a 1.5 km stainless steel watermain with a 120-inch diameter, as well as all necessary valve stations along Pipeline Road. Fabrication included all coatings and testing.
